Employment Conditions

The standard weekly working hours are 40 hours.

Rest is an important balance to daily work. That's why we give our employees their well-deserved breaks. With 27 days off starting from the age of 20 and 30 days from the age of 50, there is more time for family, friends, leisure, and relaxation.

The company pays 100% of the salary during maternity and paternity leave.

Training and Development

Through targeted training and further education, we contribute to the continuous professional and personal development of our employees. Education is also highly valued at W. Althaus AG. As a training company, we invest significantly in the education of young talent and provide opportunities for young adults to enter the workforce. Currently, we are training 30 apprentices in the professions of automation technician, automatic assembler, commercial clerk, and logistics.

We are located near a motorway exit, and the train station is a maximum of a 5-minute walk away.

Infrastructure
